According to reports, he is interested in playing for the Los Angeles Lakers instead. It looks like the feeling is mutual and on July 12th, he could be signing with the Lakers. He would be playing in the same city and at the same arena.

Many teams are interested in Radmonovic, who is just 25 years old. He’s received many phone calls since the free agency period began. It’s been reported that Phil Jackson and Kobe Bryant were among those who called. If this is true, it would indicate that the Lakers are a solid contender to get Redmonovic. Since he’s interested in playing in L.A., it should become a done deal shortly.
